Lyndale Bluffs is located between Nicollet Avenue and Lyndale Avenue and south of West 104th Street in East Bloomington. The neighborhood consists of around 250 single family homes ranging from $200,000 to $600,000 in price. House styles in Lyndale Bluffs are primarily ranches and split levels.
